The Project

Countrywide Accountancy had been operating with a phone system from Tech IP for many years and they needed to upgrade it for support reasons. This led to a comparison with migrating to a VoIP and Cloud phone system now, rather than investing further into their older Avaya phone system.

The old system was running ISDN digital phone lines which are all going to be withdrawn when BT switch off all ISDN lines by 20205.  It made sense for CFS to push forward with the migration now and stay ahead of the technology.
