Project

Got the Lot was undergoing an expansion of its business due to its steady growth and success. This meant that the business required a larger premises and a new business phone system, which can support the increased number of staff, along with higher numbers of incoming customer calls.

Following the move, Got The Lot needed to retain their existing main business telephone numbers, and to equip their team with both fixed desk-based handsets and cordless phones specifically for the warehouse staff.

Solution

Following numerous calls and an on-site meeting, it was agreed that a new incoming call routing system was required. Furthermore, there would be a need for an automated attendant which would help direct callers in need of assistance to the correct department or team, quickly and easily.

Got the Lot’s new offices were already fully equipped with network cabling. We also retained their existing broadband connectivity, meaning that we could go ahead with the phone system installed very quickly.

Their new business phone system site installation was completed in less than one day! Got The Lot had little to no disruption to the business at all, and business was able to continue as normal during the changeover.
