The Shredding Alliance are “Cutting Edge” with a new VoIP Cloud business phone system from Tech IP

When a telecoms solution was needed for their new headquarters in Preston, document destruction service provider, The Shredding Alliance Limited called upon local telecoms company Tech IP to help them with the move!

After being introduced to Tech IP by a local IT provider who was handling the IT element of their office move, The Shredding Alliance had an initial meeting with Tech IP to discuss the businesses requirements.

The Shredding Alliance needed a business telephone system which provided efficient handling of incoming calls by department, with a professionally recorded system greetings feature as part of the overall solution. A Superfast Internet connection which ideally was Fibre to the Cabinet was also required at the new site.

Having evaluated the business needs of The Shredding Alliance, Tech IP got to work to find the best possible system for the business at the right price.

After considering several different options Tech IP designed and proposed a new VoIP cloud based telephone system including HD quality desk phones with cordless headsets for all users. The VoIP system also enabled desktop integration with PC’s for all users giving the ability to click to dial from screen and allowing users to see caller details on the PC with all incoming calls.

It also provided the business with reporting and recording for telephone call traffic, a converged VoIP quality fibre broadband service to support the office telephone and data needs, a disaster recovery solution for incoming calls in the event of any issues along with recorded telephone system call greetings which was recorded professionally in a studio environment to their chosen script.
