Financial Administrator Job Opportunity

Job Summary

Duties

• Process and monitor financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the finance team to support financial planning and analysis

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13,000.00-£18,000.00 per year

Expected Hours: 20 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Experience: 2 Years of Financial Accounting (required)

Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)
