There’s no monkey business with Tech IP on the job!

When creative media company Northern Monkey needed a telephone solution for their new Kirkham office, it was telecoms company Tech IP they called upon to get them swinging back into action.

Since setting up business in 2005, Northern Monkey have worked hard to establish themselves as one of the best designers of business websites and marketing in the North West. With a large client base ranging from small local businesses to large corporations, their portfolio of work spans the UK and worldwide.

With the business moving office to nearby Kirkham earlier this year, a telephone system solution was needed at the new site, but with a tight deadline and a well-defined budget, Northern Monkey needed a telecoms provider they could trust to deliver and meet with all their business needs.

Tech IP were called in and they set to work helping Northern Monkey establish exactly what type of telephone system solution would work best for the business. They needed to provide Northern Monkey with a flexible phone system to support the new Kirkham office including the supply of telephone lines.  They also needed to liaise with the IT contractor handling the cabling in the building which needed re-commissioning for use.

The solution that Tech IP came up with for this expanding business, was the Avaya IP Office telephone system.  This system provided the best return on investment and a flexible and scalable solution capable of handling the businesses needs into the longer term.

Tech IP selected and installed the Avaya system and also provided the telephone lines through BT wholesale, managing and completing the installation to very tight timescales. They delivered a working solution not only on time but remained within the companies’ budget.
