Travel Circle Discover New Features With Cloud Phone System

Travel circle are a Retail travel agency based in Longridge, Preston. They have vast experience and knowledge of destinations, accommodations and sights to visit all over the world.

Travel Circle heard about us through a google search for a local phone and internet service provider in July 2021. They decided to go with our services as they were happy with the competitive price and because we are a local business.

Travel Circle had an older system which was due to a refresh and an internet connection which also needed upgrading. Some of the upgraded services Travel Circle needed were faster internet connectivity, lower overall costs and a service provider with high-quality customer service who can respond quickly when needed.

Throughout the upgrade, we would need to take into consideration some risk factors. We needed to ensure their IT systems worked well with the new broadband and that their alarm and PDQ machines could work well with the updated solution.

Overall, Travel Circle were looking to onboard an improved phone system alongside a faster internet connection.

Solution

Some of the solutions/recommendations we provided included: a new cloud-based phone system with new desk phones and access to mobile phone applications for all staff, along with the latest FTTP (fibre to the premises) broadband connection for the office.

FTTP would give a much faster and more reliable connection, which is vital to their business as their bookings and enquiries are all online. The new system allowed employees to answer and transfer calls more effectively and introduce apps for remote working when needed.

The installation took place in August 2021, travel circle was a great company to work with.
